As a registered member of, you will be entitled to savings and benefits on airfares, hotel reservations, holiday packages among other travel services. We will also keep you updated on our various promotions through our newsletters after your Registration
How do I edit my account information or change my password?
You can edit your account information by clicking on Update link on login page Registration After logging in, then change your require information like your profile or Password.
Can I change my Username?
Each username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to Register on the website as a new member.

Payment Options

How can I pay for the travel product purchased from Travelmartbd?
We accept the following modes of payment for all purchases - bank transfer, credit card, cheque, demand draft and cash.
How do I pay by credit card?
You can make purchases using a credit card both online and offline. To pay by credit card, we require the following details - type of credit card, card holder's name, expiration date, billing address of the credit card. For online purchases, the CVV batch code / (Security code) on the reverse of the credit card is also required.
How do I pay by cheque/demand draft?
You can pay for the transaction by cheque/demand draft payable in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The cheque/DD for the balance amount should be made in favour of TRAVELMARTBD.COM , and couriered on following address:

E-Tickets and PTA

What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a number given to passenger in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to show this unique confirmation number at the airline counter of airport to get boarding card.
The passenger also has the option to carry airline PNR (passenger name record) number if the reservation has been processed electronically.
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone.
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time. Please note that the minimum check-in time for e-Ticket passengers is 2 hour before departure.
Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-Ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number.
What is a PTA and how does it work?
PTA stands for prepaid ticket advice. If PTA has been sent to the airline for your reservation, we will email you a PTA number that you need to show at the airline counter of airport. The airline representative will give you paper tickets, which need to be shown at the check-in counter of airline.
In simple words it's a system where we send a message to airline for issuance of paper tickets at the airport. This is generally done in cases where paper tickets can't be delivered at customer's address.

Ticket Delivery

How and when will I get my ticket/voucher?
Paper Tickets-Paper tickets will be issued only for those bookings or travel sectors where you have chosen Delivery timeline: The paper tickets will be delivered to you in the next 4 business days. Your ticket delivery information will be e-mailed to you.
E-Tickets - Electronic tickets are issued for bookings made on different Airlines.
*For some travel sectors e-tickets can't be issued so paper tickets will be issued.
Delivery timeline: The electronic ticket details will be e-mailed to you within 3 business days or within 10 hours before the travel time (date), whichever is earlier.
Prepaid Ticket Advice(PTA) - If paper ticket delivery is not possible due to shortage of time we will send a PTA number via email that you can use to travel. This is applicable on selected bookings made on selected airlines.
Delivery timeline: The prepaid ticket advice details will be e-mailed to you within 3 business days from the date you make reservation or within 24 hours to the travel date, whichever is earlier.

Where will my ticket/voucher be delivered?
Your ticket/voucher will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking on our website or offline. In case there is a change in your delivery address after your transaction has been completed, kindly contact a Travelmartbd travel consultant to inform about the change

Though we do not provide guarantee that the ticket will be delivered on the revised address, but we will try for the same in case shipment has already been dispatched.
Is there a delivery charge for my ticket/voucher?
There is NO charge for courier deliveries.
Can you deliver my ticket/voucher to my village/town?
We can only deliver tickets/vouchers to the cities where any Courier Service have services. If the courier companies do not have courier service to your village/town, you will have to provide an alternate address for delivery of the package.
From which city are tickets/vouchers dispatched from?
All tickets/vouchers are dispatched from the corporate office in Dhaka.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel my air ticket?
Step 01:Contact us and get the PNR cancelled for the passengers who do not intend to travel. You can also do this by calling the airlines if travel is urgent (within 48 hours to the departure time)
Step 02:Send the paper ticket back to us via reliable courier service on following address. You can insert a small cancellation request/note along with the tickets in courier.

How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket?
Paper Tickets
Credit card - We will process the refund in 30 business days on your credit card from the date we receive your paper tickets at our office.
Other then credit card - If the payment mode used at the time of purchase was other than credit card, we will dispatch the DD/check at your address in 30 business days.
E-Tickets & PTA
The refund processing will be done in 30 business days from the date cancellation request is received.

What are the cancellation charges?
The airline cancellation fee as airlines rule per sector per ticket. In case of shall charge Taka 500 for Domestic and Taka 1500 for International per ticket as a cancellation service fee. The cancellation service fee will be also be levied in cases where a customer is entitled to a full refund.
 -For refunds it is mandatory to contact and the airline will not be able to refund your tickets    booked on
 -The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary.
 -In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline.


Do holiday package prices include airfare?
It is not included in all the packages unless specified.
Will the price of my holiday package change after I've purchased it?
No, it will not change unless if there are any changes in taxes.
Can packages be booked online?
Packages cannot be booked online at the moment, but please call to book a package or simply fill in the enquiry form of the package you would be interested to reserve and email it to us and one of our knowledgeable travel consultants will contact you.
Will I have to pay any deposit for making a reservation?
To make a reservation you would have to make a non refundable booking deposit (adjustable towards the final tour price) of Taka 5000 or 20% of the tour price whichever is higher
In case the hotel booked requested by you is not available we would provide you with an alternative hotel in similar category. In some cases the hotels could be of higher category which could increase the tour price. In such case you have the option to accept the same or we would refund the entire booking deposit back to you.
Will I be able to make any amendments if I have any changes in my travel plans?
Under normal circumstances if we have confirmed your booking and you change your travel date it would be treated as a cancellation of earlier tour and cancellation policies would be applicable as per our terms and conditions. However we would try our best to provide you the best solution.
Do I save money by booking a holiday package?
Yes, you do save money.
Can I get a refund on my holiday package if I cancel it?
All cancellations should be forwarded to us in writing; any cancellations made would attract cancellation charges as per our terms and conditions.
Do you accommodate single travelers on holiday packages?
Most of our packages are based on minimum two passengers traveling together, however if you have a requirement of traveling as a single passenger the same can we worked out by our travel consultant.
Do you offer holiday insurance for our holiday packages?
Yes we do. Please speak with our booking consultant if you require an insurance policy.
Do you offer foreign exchange? 
Yes we do. Please speak with our booking consultant if you require any foreign exchange
What if I can't find a holiday package for my desired destination?
If you can't find a holiday package for your desired destination, then simply call one of our knowledgeable Travel Consultants for assistance.
Can I add days or deduct days to a holiday package published online or custom make the package as per my requirements?
Yes you can, simply speak with our Travel Consultant for more information.
Is there a minimum stay requirement for holiday packages?
Some packages have a minimum stay requirement, which can change the price. Please check with our travel consultant for more detailed information on your holiday requirements.
What would be the hotel check in and check out timings?
1.Under Normal Circumstances the check in time at the hotel is 12:00 hrs and Check out time is     12:00 noon.
2. In certain beach and hill resorts the check time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 09:00 hrs.
3. Some resorts in Malaysia have check in time at 16:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 noon.
    We would inform you on the same at the time of confirmation.
Would you be able to provide us with vegetarian meals?
All our packages are on Bed and Breakfast basis. However Vegetarian Meals are available in almost all countries. We can also provide you with the list Veg Meals where ever possible.
