At Travelmartbd, we want every order to feel perfect. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition, unworn and unused, complete with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage may apply depending on your location and reason for return.

We accept returns for print or production flaws, spelling or design errors caused by us, wrong color or incorrect item received, unexpected stains or damages, and any mistakes originating from our store.

We do not accept returns for wrong size selection made by the customer, incorrect design, print, or image submitted by the customer, or typos and inaccurate text provided for custom or personalized orders.
