The funds received serve as a deposit for the total value of your purchase, and once your order has been dispatched with a confirmation email, the payment will be considered final and complete.

Since many of our products are personalized or crafted according to specific requests, production begins only after your payment has been confirmed.

To complete payment, click on the “Proceed To Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” buttons on our website. You will be redirected to the payment processor, where you can pay using your credit card or PayPal account. The transaction will appear on your statement as PayPal.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.
